1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betsph ("betsph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the betsph online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at betsph.app and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration and Security

Accepted methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported subject to availability.

Important: In compliance with Philippine payment regulations, betsph does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals of any kind are not accepted on the betsph Platform.

1. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in your betsph account at the time of the transaction.
2. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). betsph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4. betsph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes, while bank transfers may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days.
5. betsph reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

betsph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

betsph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betsph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. betsph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Privacy
